We DO Sharpen & Repair:
Our knife sharpening service is available on all types of stainless steel, carbon steel, or ceramic kitchen knives including chefs’ knives, paring knives, serrated knives (bread, steak & tomato knives, see here for more details), meat cleavers, Japanese knives and butchers’ knives.
High end single bevel or forged knives.
All outdoor & hobby knives including folding pocket knives, hunting & fishing knives, Swiss Army knives, and Leatherman knives.
All major knife brands including Wüsthof, Global, Victoinox, Cuisinart, & Buck
Scissors including sewing, kitchen, and general purpose.

We DO NOT Sharpen & Repair:
Straight razors
Hair-cutting or pinking scissors
Micro-serrated blades
Swords & any blades longer than 470mm
Lawn mower blades, DIY, or garden tools
Mandolin or vegetable peeler blades
Any kitchen blades without a handle
Wavy or ceremonial blades
Serrated knives that have no serrations left, although we can convert them to plain edge knives (see here for more details)
Daggers, switch blades or any other blade that is illegal to possess in the UK

It should be noted that we can sharpen a number of these items just not through the Knife Sharp sharpening service. If you have anything listed in the ‘We DO NOT Sharpen & Repair’ list (apart from illegal blades) that you require sharpening please get in touch with us through our sister company Atlas Machine Knives Ltd. They will be more than happy to help.
