    Here at Knife Sharp we continue to operate at full capacity throughout the coronavirus pandemic and will continue to operate at full capacity throughout the nationwide lockdown announced on 30th October 2020. Our knife sharpening turnaround times haven’t been affected and you can be confident in sending your knives to us that you will get them back within our normal quick timescales. 

    The well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority. Our philosophy as a business is to approach this situation with safety at the forefront of everything we do, and below you can see the measures we’ve introduced so far to help us, and our customers adapt to these challenging times…

    • As soon as a customer’s knives are received, they are sanitised with high-strength disinfectant (killing 99.9% of all germs) before they travel through our sharpening process. Once sharpened they are again sanitised before final packaging.
    • All our equipment and tools, including all surfaces are being sanitised multiple times each day and all knife smiths, and packaging staff wear protective gloves and face masks at all times.
    • We have limited the number of people allowed in our workshop and offices, and all staff are carrying out regular hand washing and sanitising.

    The Government has ordered for all non-essential retail and services to close, however, as our service is mail based we are not affected by these closures and can guarantee to continue to deliver exceptional service to enable you to continue to safely slice, dice, chop and prepare meals for your loved ones and social bubbles during these difficult times.
