Next Day Insured Shipping with DPD
Here at Knife Sharp our most common questions from customers are "I need my knives back ASAP, do you offer next day shipping?" closely followed by "My knives are expensive, do you offer insured shipping?". As a result of this, and to continue to offer the best possible service to our customers we are now offering the option of next day, fully insured up to £500 shipping from our new shipping partner DPD!
While we are continuing (and always will do) to offer our free shipping service by Evri alongside this we are now offering an upgrade option to DPD. This upgrade is just £20 extra covering all journeys your knives make. Just select the DPD shipping option at checkout and you will then benefit from:
- Next day shipping. We will receive your knives the next working day after you send them to us, and you will receive them back the day after we send them back to you.
- Each journey is fully insured for up to £500 for loss or damage.
- Included is DPD's 'Predict & Follow My Parcel' service which provides you with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email. It also enables you to watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot.
- Multiple options to rearrange delivery at a more suitable time, or to collect your parcel from a local drop off shop.
- DPD are on track to becoming the greenest delivery company in the UK by reducing CO2 emissions and looking after the planet.
